I started this site to keep me motivated and share information.
I’ve been bodybuilding for over 15 years, and nutrition is the part I’ve always struggled with. Or let’s get right to the point, eating right instead of usually eating wrong is my long term problem.
I am a foodie – I love food.
I CAN live off of egg whites and tuna fish right out of the can for a while, but eventually fall off the wagon and go wild.
Well, it turns out that there is lots of super easy to make food, that is friggin delicious, and is great for bodybuilders and other athletes.
If I had known this years ago, it would have made an enormous difference!
