What I like is how easily it lays everything out, while still giving you plenty of flexibility – this is just required for any diet that I can stick too long time.
The customized BB workouts are great as well, customized by bodytype.and more.
Has it put me in the best shape of my life? No, not yet. I have this problem with cheating, especially when I travel for business which I often do. I AM in far greater shape however than the past few years and IMPROVING!

I must admit, it DID work for me but I couldn’t stick to it.

A friend has had great results on this program. To me, it seems to structured personally, but nothing is a “one size fits all!”
